The Dusty Bookshelf Giveaway + Exclusive Coupon

April 2, 2012 By Jessica Filed Under: Events 1 Comment

Hey everyone! How is your Dusty Bookshelf challenge going?  I’ve gotten one book read so far (The Hunchback of Notre Dame).   I know, only one – but it was really long! And I’m going to start Paradise Lost in a few days.  If you still want to sign up for my reading challenge you can either write a blog post and link it in the sign up post here or join the Goodreads group.

So, I have two fun things for you guys.  First, I have an awesome giveaway for those of you that have read at least one book from your challenge. YAY!

The Giveaway

It’s easy to enter. All you have to do is link up (at the bottom of this post) a book review of a challenge book that you have read in the last three months.  If you’re thinking “Oh crap! I haven’t read ANY of my challenge books yet!” then have no fear – you have until the end of April to enter this giveaway.  Just read one of your challenge books and review it before the end of the month.  Your review can be on your blog, Goodreads or anywhere that has a direct link.  If you’ve read more than one book, then you can enter once for each book you’ve read and have a better chance of winning!

Here’s what you can win:

A $20 gift card from Gone Reading.

Some ideas you can choose from:

Book Holder (The Gimble) ~ $9.99 (get 2!)

Jane Austen T-shirt ~ $19.99

Books I’ve Read Journal (also in brown and coral) ~ $18.95

Pride and Prejudice Trivia Game ~ $18.99

Be sure to check out their website because they have lots more cool bookish things that you can choose from!  Also, be sure to read their Philanthropic Mission because they donate 100% of their after-tax profits to libraries and reading-related charities.

The Exclusive Coupon

The second fun thing I have for you is an exclusive coupon code to Gone Reading. It’s only good for the month of April, so don’t delay!  You can get 25% off any purchase (except bookends).  Go get some cool stuff, save money and help support a charity. This coupon code is good for everyone – you don’t have to be a part of my reading challenge to use it, so share away!

25 % off Coupon code:

  • Please post direct links only – if it just goes to your blog, I will delete it
  • Must be 13 years of age or older to enter

  • Must be signed up for the Dusty Bookshelf challenge to enter the giveaway
  • I will randomly select one of the links below as the winner
  • I will contact the winner by the email address that you use in the linky tool so make sure it’s one you check
