Top Ten Tuesday (16): Books I Wouldn’t Mind Santa Bringing Me

December 23, 2013 By Jessica Filed Under: Top Ten Tuesday 6 Comments

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish with a different theme every week.

Ebooks

I prefer to read novels in ebook format.  So here are some novels I would love for Christmas!

Across a Star-Swept Sea by Diana Peterfreund
Book Cover for Scarlet by Marissa Meyer Lunar Chronicles #2
Scarlet by Marissa Meyer
This Dark Endeavor by Kenneth Oppel

Longbourn by Jo Baker

The Golem and the Jinni by Helene Wecker

Physical Books

I still love physical books, but they need to have a little something to them that makes the physical edition worthwhile like art or unique binding or something.  I love the art in all of these books and how it adds to the story. :)

The Strange Case of Origami Yoda by Tom Angleberger

Vader's Little Princess by Jeffrey Brown

How to Train Your Dragon by Cressida Cowell

I LOVE the Lunar Chronicles and can’t wait until Cress!! I really want Pivot Point for Christmas. I even tried to have my 7 year old memorize the name today so he can tell Daddy tonight when they go shopping for my gift. We’ll see if my hubby goes for it. :)

Hugo Cabaret is definitely a book you read is physical form (I’m not even sure if there is an ebook form). Hope you get a few!

I love the books you picked… especially all the Star Wars ones. I think I might have a Star Wars month on my blog this year!!!
