Waiting on Wednesday: The Kill Order by James Dashner

March 7, 2012 By Jessica Filed Under: Waiting on Wednesday 6 Comments

“Waiting On” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we’re eagerly anticipating.

The Maze Runner trilogy was one of my favorite dystopian series of last year. I was so excited when I heard that James Dashner, a wonderful Utah author no less, had written a prequel!  If it’s anything like that bonus content of the Classified Documents from The Death Cure in Barnes and Noble its going to be epic and gruesome. In other words – awesome.

Release Date: August 14, 2012

Series: The Maze Runner 0.5

Pre-order The Kill Order at Amazon

Hmm, I’ve never heard of this. Sounds like an exciting read, though! I’m going to read more into it. Nice pick! :-)

I started reading the Maze Runner but gave up too quickly because of the slang. I need to get back to it but I got my husband the audibooks and he loves the series. I have to get this for him when it comes out. Great pick!

Sadly I haven’t read the series (but I’m planning to get to soon! A lot of people have recommended them to me : ) so I can’t really say anything about this one.

    Thanks for stopping by <3

I still haven’t read The Death Cure!! What is wrong with me?!?! I normally don’t read prequels. I always think it would be anticlimactic since I know how the big picture ends, but I might have to give this one a try.
