“Waiting On” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we’re eagerly anticipating.
The first book in this series, Everneath, was one of my favorite reads this year. It was a stunning debut novel and the ending has you DYING for more. The cover – isn’t it gorgeous!! I love her hair. And her dress turning into the underworld is awesome, too. I wanted to feature an author from Utah for my WoW pick for Utah Book Month. I actually got to meet Brodi twice and one of those times I ate lunch with her and she critiqued some of my writing. Brodi is awesome and if you haven’t read her book yet, you NEED to :)
Release Date: January 22, 2013
Series: Everneath #2

My name is Jessica. I love to read Young Adult and classic literature. I’ve been a book blogger for six years and I haven’t gotten tired of it yet. I’m a very curious reader. Writing about all the questions and thoughts I had while reading a book is the best hobby ever.
Really can’t wait for this one either… loved the first book and am also in love with this cover. Is it January yet? :D

I have got to start this series, it looks so good!
My WOW and international giveaway!
What a perfect pick, Jess! I adored Everneath and am really looking forward to Everbound. I am a little (okay a LOT) jealous that you got to have lunch with Brodi! Isn’t she amazing? :-) I’d love to see some of your writing someday!
Thanks for stopping by BlookGirl earlier <3 Happy reading!
I haven’t read Everneath, but I have to agree that the cover of Everbound looks absolutely gorgeous!!!
Well this sounds darn awesome–both the book and the author critique! I have Everneath, but I still have to read it. Looks like I’ll be getting Everbound too! Great choice.
I loooved Everneath and I cannot wait for Everbound! Plus, the cover is again so gorgeous!
I liked Everneath a lot too and want to read this one as well!
Our WoW is at Book
Sake. –Jessica
Great pick! I still have yet to read Everneath, but I’m really looking forward to it. The covers just keep getting better! :)
I have Everneath sitting on my shelf, just waiting to be read. I really don’t know why I haven’t read it yet, because I’ve heard so many amazing things about it. I’ll definitely have to read it soon, especially now that Everbound is popping up on nearly every blog I see :P Great pick!
Yes! Everneath is one of my most faves for this year too! I cannot wait to find out what happened to Jack! Great pick :)
