My name is Jessica. I love to read Young Adult and classic literature. I’ve been a book blogger for six years and I haven’t gotten tired of it yet. I’m a very curious reader. Writing about all the questions and thoughts I had while reading a book is the best hobby ever.
I’m a piano teacher and mom. I love to travel. I’m married to my best friend and fellow traveler who loves adventure as much as I do. I try to go somewhere new at least once a year. Some of my favorite places that I’ve been: Paris, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Bruges, Bath, Moab, Los Angeles, Boston, Vermont, San Antonio, The Grand Canyon and lots of other places in between.

Because we have a lot in common, I thought I needed to talk to you! I also love to travel, but sadly haven’t been to as many places as you yet. One day though. I am SO jealous of your travels to…well, pretty much every place you listed. Except California, because I lived there for a couple of months one summer and I will never do that again. As much as I love Disneyland, that place isn’t for me.
And we also have a lot of favourite books in common too :) I can’t get enough of Harry Potter, The Book Thief, Jane Eyre, Shadow and Bone, and The Graveyard Book.
I am so happy I came across your blog and can’t wait to keep seeing your new posts!

Aw thanks for your thoughtful comment! I love visiting California but I wouldn’t want to live there either :) I’m glad you stopped by – your blog is adorable and I can’t wait to read more of your reviews too :)

Hi Jessica, I loved your description about Sherlock Holmes’ “A Study in Scarlet”…I just listened to it (as an audio book), and DEFINITELY had the feeling like, “WTF, how did we go from London to Utah??? Is this a different story altogether, LOL!!!!!) ….and I’m relieved that you’re saying Mormons didn’t have a murderous gang of thugs who would go after people who didn’t follow the religion….
Thanks!
